If Noblesville City Schools close in the morning before school starts, we will cancel our classes and activites normally
held 9am to 3pm. We will re-evaluate at 2pm and make a decision for evening activities. If Noblesville City Schools
release and close early during a school day due to inclement weather, we will cancel all activities, classes and team
practices normally held 3pm to 9pm. If there is a 2 hour delay, we will continue classes as normal. You are allowed 1
make up class per month, so you can choose to use that option if we are holding classes and you do not want to try
to make it in. If we close and cancel classes, your make up will not count against your 1 allowed per month.

Our classes run year round, and new students can join in at any time. We follow a monthly payment option for the
convenience of our continuing students. Depending on the students starting week within the month, they may be
asked to schedule make-up classes for those missed, or we may be able to prorate based on the remaining weeks.
When can I join classes?
Do you offer Special Needs or Life Skills classes?
Several members of our staff at A Plus have experience in working with children and adults with disabilities. Whenever
possible we try to integrate the child or adult into our regular classes. If this is not possible, we will work with individuals
during private lessons, or if you have a group of children or adults who would like to come together, we can set up a class
time for your group..We use our gymnastics environment as a tool to increase children's potential to function at higher
levels in their every day lives. Our curriculum focuses on eye/hand coordination, development of motor skills, and
improvement of coordination and strength. Additional benefits which may be experienced are: increased social skills and
motivation, positive self-image, confidence, self-regulation and decision making skills, and increased verbal communication
through interaction with peers. Our goal is to give each child the opportunity to experience what all children are entitled to:
An active life that is filled with excitement, self-confidence, discovery and fun! Please contact us for additional details.
We have several instructors on staff who schedule private lesson times around their coaching & teaching schedule. Each
instructor sets his/her own private lesson rate and fees are payable directly to the instructor. To get started. you can contact
a member of our customer service team with the parent's name & phone number, student's name, type of instruction
required (ie: needs to learn backhandspring), and which instructor you are requesting if you have a preference. We will pass
your information on to the instructors and they will contact you to set up rates & times for privates.
Tuition is due on or before the first day of each month. Late fees will be assessed on the 8th of each month for
accounts with open balances. Late fees for recreational classes are $10.00 per month, late fees for team
groups are $15.00 per month. You can make payment in person, by logging into our online registration and
payment system, or by saving your credit card on file with us to be process automatically for your
convenience between the 26th and 30th each month for the upcoming month.
There will be no classes held on Labor Day, Halloween (after 4pm), Thanksgiving and the 2 days after, the weeks of
Christmas & New Year, Memorial Day and July 4th. Any other holidays will be announced if we vary from this schedule.
During the course of the year, some classes will have 5 meetings per month instead of 4. These times will be considered
make-ups for time missed due to holiday closures. Throughout the year, the extra days versus the time missed will average
out nicely and this is a far less confusing way of handling the oddities.
Special Camps and Open Play times may be scheduled during these closings, please call or see the Current Events box on
the main page of the website for details.
Tuition pays for your child's spot in the class. However, as a courtesy, we offer one make-up per month, to be made up within
three weeks of the missed class. The make-up class must be of the same age and ability level when and where it does not
interrupt the safety or the quality of class for those children registered in the class. We do not refund or give credit for missing a
class. You must call the gym prior to the missed class to qualify for a make-up. The student must be currently enrolled in
class at the time of the scheduled appointment and their account must be in good standing. Once made, the appointment
cannot be rescheduled. All hour and half and two hour classes if missed—will be entitled to just one hour make-up. If your
child's class falls on a holiday when the gym is closed, such as Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Memorial Day, or 4th of July, it is
your responsibility to schedule your make-up. To schedule a make-up, call our office at (317) 773-7266 or stop by the customer
service desk. Once enrollment ceases, all make up options are void. COMPETIVE TEAM and TRAINING GROUPS are not
eligible for make ups.
We do not currently offer Competition Cheer but would be happy to refer you to True Champion Athletics, the
competition cheer group who currently leases floor time in our main gym. We do offer Tumbling for Cheerleading
and a basic beginner cheer class called Power 1 for those wishing to learn and/or polish their skills before trying
out for school cheerleading or a competitive team.
Visitors, parents, siblings, and spectators or any kind MUST remain in the designated areas. Please do not talk to or distract
the children participating in the classes. Any interruptions could result in serious injury. Violators will be subject to dismissal
from the premises. THIS IS SERIOUS.
